Rollovers and Distance Changes

If you can no longer run the race you signed up for, you can log into your UltraSignup account to edit your registration. You may change distances or cancel your registration. If you cancel your registration 30 days before the race, you will receive rollover credit to use for the following year. In order to use the rollover credit the next year, you must re-register before the race has met its capacity to secure your spot. Please register with your account or with the same email address you used in the past.

Distance Changes

You may change your distance by editing your registration on UltraSignup. If you switch to a shorter distance, no refunds will be made. If you wish to switch to a longer distance, the registration difference will be requested on UltraSignup.

No change requests on race day. Doing so presents undue risk associated with runner tracking and accountability.

Race Cancellations

In the rare event of a race cancellation, we offer the following options to our runners:

• Rollover — 1oo% rollover of entry fee to following year

• Donation — Donate registration fees to Run the Red’s stewardship efforts
